Full home automation with offline-first reliability, 48 smart switches, 16 cameras, smart locks, and gate automation.
The client was excited about home automation but deeply worried about one thing: internet dependency. Their previous home had a smart system that became completely useless during router outages. They wanted full control of every light, fan, AC, gate, and camera — without relying on any cloud server or subscription service.
We deployed a local-server-first architecture using an on-premise home controller. All 48 smart switches, touch panels, and devices communicate over a local Zigbee/Z-Wave mesh — no internet required. Remote access was layered on top via a VPN tunnel, keeping it secure without cloud dependency. Custom scenes were created: Morning, Evening, Sleep, and Away — triggered by time or voice commands.
