The Challenge

This 3-floor IT company had completely manual lighting and AC systems. Every floor had lights running 24/7 regardless of occupancy. There were no usage analytics, no access logs, and security cameras were analogue with poor night vision. The facilities team had no visibility into where energy was being wasted.

Our Solution

We integrated a full BMS (Building Management System) with occupancy-based lighting across all floors. Motion sensors cut lighting in unused zones within 10 minutes of vacancy. HVAC was tied to working hours and occupancy thresholds. A 32-camera IP CCTV system replaced the old analogue setup, with a live dashboard accessible from any browser. Biometric access panels were installed at 12 entry points with full audit logging.
