The Challenge
A real estate developer was completing a premium apartment complex on OMR and wanted to differentiate it in a crowded market. They needed smart systems across all 24 units, a unified building security layer, and a visitor management system for the lobby — all installed before handover to buyers, within a tight timeline.
Our Solution
We deployed per-unit smart lighting panels in all 24 apartments. Each unit received a branded touchscreen panel controlling lights, fans, AC, and entry locks. The lobby got a full automation treatment: video intercom (residents can answer from their phone), visitor access logs, automatic lobby lighting, and perimeter cameras. A central NVR handles all 48 cameras from one rack in the basement.
